Dr. Afzal Husain Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Civil and Architectural Engineering Department at Jazan University, Saudi Arabia. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Dr. Khan’s research focuses on sustainable environmental solutions, especially in water and wastewater treatment, solid waste management, and concrete technology. He has over 100 peer-reviewed papers, 4 books (edited), 6 patents, and 5 book chapters to his credit
