Advances in Psychiatry and Behavioral Health provides a comprehensive, annual review of major areas of progress and controversy in the field of Psychiatry. Led by Dr. Deepak Prabhakar of Henry Ford Health, a team of experienced psychiatrists from institutions across the country oversee annual article and author selection. Each year, the volume will be comprised of 4-6 sections, providing some over-arching themes to the volume. The Editorial Board aims to identify hot topics of relevance for practicing psychiatrists, bringing concepts to a clinical level and exploring their everyday impact on patient care.

The editorial team is comprised of international experts in their respective fields. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is the premier journal dedicated to clinical and foundational studies of TMS. The journal aims to improve the clinical effectiveness of TMS for brain disorders through articles pertaining to clinical efficacy and effectiveness (including randomized controlled trials, naturalistic and retrospective studies, case series and case reports) for both investigational and FDA-cleared indications; studies focused on foundational TMS mechanisms (including animal and human work), biomarkers, technologic advances, parameter space selection, computational modeling, epidemiological, ethical, legal, and safety aspects. Article types include original articles, review articles, commentaries, and letters to the Editor. Special issues of the journal will be considered based on scientific merit. Articles on related non-invasive brain stimulation modalities are welcomed.
