Research Journeys gives researchers expert guidance throughout the research process starting with independent validation on their proposals before they do their research. It also provides high-quality peer review from experts in the field and an open platform to publish.
By pre-registering their hypothesis and methods with Research Journeys, researchers will gain valuable feedback on their experiments from experts in their field-before they even conduct them!
If a researcher's pre-registered proposal is approved, they will receive an in principle acceptance. All accepted proposals will be peer reviewed by at least two experts prior to publication.
We will publish the pre-registered proposal and its peer review reports prior to the final article being published. We will also encourage reviewers to share their identity with authors wherever possible.
If the authors adhere to the methods in their proposal, the final peer-reviewed article will be published-regardless of the results.
