The journal combines basic, translational and clinical research to provide a forum for researchers across multiple disciplines to publish their work and advance the glia field across health and disease conditions.
Studies from all glial cell types are welcomed, including but not limited to, astrocytes, microglia, oligodendrocyte lineage cells, and peripheral glia (e.g., Schwann cells and enteric glia).
Consistent with our mission, Glial Health Research is committed to publish any glial-oriented work that advances the field in a meaningful way. Suitable article types include Original Research Articles, Reviews and Short Communications.
