Materials Today Electronics, part of the Materials Today Family of journals, is a multidisciplinary gold open access journal and publishes cutting-edge research work spanning across fundamental and applied areas of electronic materials and devices, and system applications.

The journal welcomes comprehensive research articles, short communications, review articles, perspective, and news & views on the latest progress of materials electronics research.
