Journal of Equine Rehabilitation

Equine Rehabilitation is an international journal designed for the veterinarian, equine health care specialist, equine researcher, and student. This Journal will focus on traditional method for rehabilitation of horses from injuries and pain as well as newer alternative approaches for rehabilitation. The Journal will also have a section on horse-human interaction with emphasis on equine- assisted therapy, and horse and rider interaction. Topics may include original research on techniques and procedures for improving the health and welfare of the horse during recovery from pain and injury, how horses can be used to improve the quality of life from individuals suffering from physical and psychological pain. Also papers on horse/rider interaction will be encouraged.
