Environmental Surfaces and Interfaces

Environmental Surfaces and Interfaces provides a platform for disseminating original and world-leading scientific research in the field. There is an emphasis on surface/interface science, including gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, gas-solid, liquid-solid, solid-solid and bio-interface. We welcome studies that advance basic theory, instrument and methodology development, and lab and field experimental research on environmental surfaces and interfaces.

Topics covered include, but are not limited to:

• Advanced hetero-catalysis environmental functional materials

• Nanobubble technology

• Electro-chemistry

• Bio interface in environmental-related processes

• Colloid and interface chemistry

• Surface adsorption and desorption

• The interface process in engineered membrane and biological film

• Theoretical calculation of surface/interface science

The journal does not emphasize the following areas but will consider outstanding contributions in exposure assessment of micro/nano-particles, cross-media pollution tracing and control, ecological responses and restoration at environmental interfaces.
