We welcome submissions that report conceptual or methodological advances from the natural and social sciences as well as the humanities, and we are open to disciplinary as well as inter- and transdisciplinary contributions.
Like other journals in the Cell Reports family, we publish original research in two formats: brief and impactful single-point stories called reports and longer, complex stories called articles. We also publish reviews that synthesize knowledge from emerging and active fields, in addition to the occasional thought-provoking and timely commentary.
The professional in-house scientific editors at Cell Reports Sustainability work closely with authors, reviewers, and the journal's scientific advisory board to ensure exemplary editorial process, fair and robust peer review, and rapid dissemination and communication of research.
