Prof. Dr Mohammad Hadi Dehghani is a Full Professor at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), School of Public Health, Department of Environmental Health Engineering, Tehran, Iran, Islamic Republic of. His scientific research interests include Environmental Science. He is the author of various research studies published in national and international journals, conference proceedings, and Head of several research projects at the TUMS. He has authored 16 books and more than 230 full papers published in peer-reviewed journals. He is an editorial board member, Guest editor, and reviewer in many internal and international journals and is a member of several international science committees around the world. He also has the distinction of being listed in the top 2% of the world’s most influential scientists in the area of environmental sciences and chemicals for the years 2021 & 2022. He is a supervisor and advisor for many Ph.D. and M.Sc. theses at the TUMS. He is currently also a member of the Iranian Association of Environmental Health (IAEH) and member of the Institute for Environmental Research (IER) at the TUMS. He is an editorial board member and peer reviewer for a number of reputed international journals.

Teresa Vera
Dr. Teresa Vera is a Chemical Researcher of the CEAM Foundation, one of the largest research facilities in Spain and in Europe to study atmospheric chemical processes. She is also a Researcher for the Atmospheric Pesticide Research Group of Valencia. She obtained her PhD at the Valencia University and has more than 25 years of experience in atmospheric chemistry. Her main interest is the study of reactions in the gas phase in the troposphere (reactions with sunlight, ozone and OH radicals), determination of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, degradation of pesticides in air and reduction of atmospheric pollution with photocatalytic materials. She is also interested in indoor air quality, participating in a COST action of Indoor Air Pollution and has collaborated with international groups like CNRS-ICARE (France), University College Cork (Ireland) University of Birmingham (UK), University of Leeds (UK), University of Wuppertal (Germany), and University of Colorado Boulder, CO, USA.

Salwa Kamal Mohamed Hassan
Dr. Salwa Kamal Mohamed Hassan is a Professor of Air Pollution Chemistry in Air Pollution Research Department at the Environment and Climate Change Research Institute, National Research Centre, Egypt and has about 30 years of experience in the atmospheric chemistry field. Her research studies different air pollutants, whether gaseous, such as nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ozone, and ammonia, or solid pollutants such as particulate matter and deposited dust with different particle sizes and their sources. Her research also examines indoor pollution as well as the pollution of ambient air and the health risk assessment of human exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heavy metals. She has organized workshops and participated in national and international conferences. She has published 26 scientific articles cited in SCI and participated in national and international projects as PI. She is also a reviewer to many international journals and a member of several international scientific committees.
