Dalila Cherifi
Dr. Dalila Cherifi is a distinguished Associate Professor of Computer Science, Digital Signal Processing, and Artificial Intelligence at the Institute of Electrical Engineering and Electronics (formerly INELEC), University of Boumerdès in Algeria. With over two decades of experience in researching and teaching computer science and electronics, she is deeply committed to both education and research.
Dr. Cherifi actively engages in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, where she lectures, develops course materials, advises students (Student Club), and conducts research. She earned her Ph.D. in Signals and Images processing from TELECOM-PARIS (formerly ENST), France, in 2005. Since then, she has made significant contributions to both research and teaching, with an extensive publication record in various scientific journals.
Her expertise encompasses data science, signal and image processing, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on diverse applications. Additionally, Dr. Cherifi has been serving as the Chairwoman of the "INELECTRONICS Student Club" at IGEE (formerly INELEC) since 2005. In this role, she shares her expertise to inspire future generations, guiding them in developing soft skills and pursuing careers in IT and Electronics.
