Robert Herrick
Robert Herrick is a Research Professor in the Geophysical Institute at University of Alaska Fairbanks. Using a variety of geological and geophysical techniques and data sets, he studies planetary resurfacing histories and the impact cratering process. Techniques he has used include spherical harmonic modeling of gravity and topography, photogeology, geologic field work, reflection seismology, photogrammetry, magnetic prospecting, experimental impacts, and finite-difference modeling. He has worked with topography, gravity, and image data from planetary missions that span the solar system. Much of his work has focused on the planet Venus. Currently, he is the Group Leader for Remote Sensing at the Geophysical Institute. Dr. Herrick has published several dozen lead-authored papers on Venus spanning a wide variety of topics related to the surface and interior history of the planet. Over the past decade he has served in key leadership positions in the development of future exploration plans advocated by the NASA-sponsored Venus Exploration Analysis Group (VEXAG).

Adrian Lenardic
Adrian Lenardic is a Professor in the Earth, Environmental and Planetary Sciences department at Rice University. His research focuses on geodynamics and geophysics, particularly with regard to geodynamic modeling of interior processes and their relationship to surface features, for which he is widely recognized as a leading authority. In 2010, he served as a Visiting Lecturer at Harvard University, and in 2005 he received the National Science Foundation Faculty Early Career Development Award.
