Healthcare Operations – Humanitarian Logistics – Medical Decision Support - Pharmaceutical OperationsOperations Research, Data Analytics, and Logistics (ORDAL) focuses on understanding and implementing better healthcare for society using quantitative methodology. The core application area is healthcare in the broadest sense. The journal focuses primarily on Healthcare Operations, Humanitarian Logistics, Medical Decision Support, and Pharmaceutical Operations. ORDAL publishes high-quality quantitative approaches for decision-making and decision support in healthcare from researchers and practitioners. ORDAL encourages contributions related to typical problem areas of healthcare, such as acute care, hospital care, specialist care, primary care, home care, long-term care, emergency care, humanitarian care, etc. Contributions can focus on the whole value chain in healthcare, tackling core and support processes. For instance, topics of interest are capacity planning, layout planning, operating room planning, surgical scheduling, patient logistics, appointment scheduling, medical decision-making, etc. ORDAL welcomes contributions, if suitable to the journal’s objectives, in health informatics, health decision support systems, health analytics, health policy, health management, health economics, population health etc. ORDAL stimulates contributions advancing the current state-of-the-art and applying quantitive methodology, such as mathematical programming, stochastic optimization, simulation, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc., to relevant healthcare-related problems. ORDAL inspires using real-world data in case studies and/or numerical experiments. Ideally, the source data is publicly available.In addition to original research articles, ORDAL publishes, upon reasonable request to the Editor-in-Chief, papers in the following two categories:1) Review papers: ORDAL provides maximum benefit to researchers and practitioners who are genuinely interested in operations research, data analytics, and logistics for better healthcare. Review papers should focus on emerging topics in healthcare and are by invitation only.2) Special Issues (SIs): ORDAL publishes special issues on topics of interest related to its editorial mission. SIs typically contain between six and twelve papers and have a dedicated focus area. One or several guest editors, experts in the field, are responsible for the SI. However, the final decision on all papers will be made by the Editor-in-Chief. Potential guest editors should send a prospective call for papers and informative CVs for the guest editors. Sis should focus on emerging topics in healthcare and are by invitation only.

Evaluation and Program Planning
Purpose and Intent of the Journal Evaluation and Program Planning is based on the principle that the techniques and methods of evaluation and planning transcend the boundaries of specific fields and that relevant contributions to these areas come from people representing many different positions, intellectual traditions, and interests. In order to further the development of evaluation and planning, we publish articles from the private and public sectors in a wide range of areas: organizational development and behaviour, training, planning, human resource development, health and mental wellbeing, social services, corrections, substance abuse, and education. The primary goals of the journal are to assist evaluators and planners to improve the practice of their professions, to develop their skills and to improve their knowledge base.Types of Articles Published We publish articles, "special issues" (usually a section of an issue), and book reviews. Articles are of two types: 1) reports on specific evaluation or planning efforts, and 2) discussions of issues relevant to the conduct of evaluation and planning.Reports on individual evaluations should include presentation of the evaluation setting, design, analysis and results. Because of our focus and philosophy, however, we also want a specific section devoted to "lessons learned". This section should contain advice to other evaluators about how you would have acted differently if you could do it all over again. The advice may involve methodology, how the evaluation was implemented or conducted, evaluation utilization tactics, or any other wisdom that you think could benefit your colleagues. More general articles should provide information relevant to the evaluator/planner's work. This might include theories in evaluation, literature reviews, critiques of instruments, or discussions of fiscal, legislative, legal or ethical issues affecting evaluation or planning.Special issues are groups of articles which cover a particular topic in depth. They are organized by "special issue editors" who are willing to conceptualize the topic, find contributors, set up a quality control process, and deliver the material. Often several editors share responsibility for these tasks. Suggestions for special issues are encouraged.Book reviews cover any area of social science or public policy which may interest evaluators and planners. As with special issues, suggestions for books and book reviewers are encouraged.

Women's Studies International Forum (formerly Women's Studies International Quarterly, established in 1978) is a bimonthly journal to aid the distribution and exchange of feminist research in the multidisciplinary, international area of women's studies and in feminist research in other disciplines. The policy of the journal is to establish a feminist forum for discussion and debate.The journal seeks to critique and reconceptualize existing knowledge, to examine and re-evaluate the manner in which knowledge is produced and distributed, and to assess the implications this has for women's lives.We seek contributions from people, individually or collectively, from different countries and different backgrounds, who are engaged in feminist research inside or outside formal educational institutions. We welcome a variety of approaches and resources through the whole range of disciplines: papers geared toward action-oriented research as well as those which address theoretical methodological issues; and we encourage historical reassessments of the lives and works of women. Aims and Scope An interdisciplinary journal, Brain and Language publishes articles that elucidate the complex relationships among language, brain, and behavior. The journal covers the large variety of modern techniques in cognitive neuroscience, including functional and structural brain imaging, electrophysiology, cellular and molecular neurobiology, genetics, lesion-based approaches, and computational modeling. All articles must relate to human language and be relevant to the understanding of its neurobiological and neurocognitive bases. Contemporary Educational Psychology publishes empirical research from around the globe that substantively advances, extends, or re-envisions the ongoing discourse in educational psychology research and practice. Publishable manuscripts must be grounded in a rich, inclusive theoretical and empirical framework that gives way to critical and timely questions facing educational psychology. Further, general and specific questions should be closely linked to the selected methodological approach and authors should include actionable implications for education research and practice. In all cases, accepted manuscripts will advance cutting edge theoretical and methodological perspectives that address critical and timely education questions.The journal welcomes rigorously conducted qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods contemporary empirical research within educational psychology. The International Business Review (IBR) is a premier international journal in the discipline of international business, and the official journal of the European International Business Academy (EIBA). A Journal of Experimental PsychopathologyThe Journal welcomes contributions to the understanding and treatment of psychopathology. Such contributions may stem from various theoretical perspectives. The Journal primarily focuses on (quasi)experimental tests of psychological approaches to psychopathology, though contributions from medicine, biology, sociology, or epidemiology may be considered. The same holds for non-experimental approaches (e.g., prospective approaches), which may occasionally be published if deemed relevant for the field of experimental psychopathology. Papers to be published generally focus on:Theoretically or clinically relevant differences between specific patient groups and other groups, if experimentally tested;(Transdiagnos... mechanisms that cause, perpetuate or reduce disorders;Diagnostic or therapeutic proceduresParticipan... in the studies may be patients, healthy subjects, or animals, depending on the relevance of the subject characteristics for the question to be answered.
