Journal of the International Measurement Confederation (IMEKO)Contributions are invited on novel achievements in all fields of measurement and instrumentation science and technology. Coordination Chemistry Reviews
The journal offers rapid publication of review articles on topics of current interest and importance in coordination chemistry. The term coordination chemistry is interpreted broadly, and includes aspects of organometallic, supramolecular, theoretical, and bioinorganic chemistry. The journal also publishes review articles on catalysis, materials chemistry and metal-organic frameworks which focus on the coordination chemistry aspects of these topics. In general, the reviews survey developments in a particular area during the last few years, or discuss the results obtained with a particular technique. We welcome reviews both from established researchers and excellent younger chemists.Special issues are published from time to time on topics of current interest and importance. Until recent years, geomembranes were used mostly as canal and pond liners; however, one of the largest current applications is to the containment of hazardous or municipal wastes and their leachates. In many of these applications geomembranes are employed with geotextile or mesh underliners which reinforce or protect the more flexible geomembrane whilst also acting as an escape route for gases and leachates generated in certain wastes.The range of products and their applications has expanded rapidly over the last decade with geotextiles and geomembranes being specified world wide. This rapid growth is paralleled by a virtual explosion of technology.
